Launched in 1999, the Forum is a prime opportunity for Chicago’s top real estate dealmakers and industry experts to network with colleagues and peers, sharing new ideas and practices in a prestigious, academic environment.

The impressive roster of past speakers includes such luminaries as Sam Zell, Norman R. Bobins, Tom Pritzker, Neil G. Bluhm, John Buck, Lucien Lagrange, John Cushman and Isadore “Issy” Sharpe. To date, a total of 38 speakers have presented case studies on major real estate transactions covering all areas of the industry, including commercial, industrial and residential development, architecture, brokerage, construction and finance. Insights and anecdotes of how big deals get done were revealed, as well as educated perspectives on the state of the industry.
