Bolognia is senior executive vice president of AmTrust
Bank, which is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and has
retail offices in Ohio, Florida, and Arizona. He is responsible
for all acquisition, development and construction real
estate activity. Originating offices provide lending
services in Ohio Virginia, North Carolina, Colorado,
Maryland, Arizona and southeast and central Florida,
in addition to Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, as
well as southern California and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The business focus is on residential land development
and construction of for sale and for rent properties.
Bolognia joined AmTrust in 1980 and, as a vice resident,
was responsible for all residential lending activities
for the bank, progressing to his current position.
Prior to joining AmTrust, Bolognia was employed by
the General Electric Credit Corporation from 1970
until 1980, advancing to the position of vice president
in its Stamford, Conn. Headquarters.
He is a member of the National Association of Home
Builders, and has been guest speaker at Crittenden
conferences, NAHB conferences and SCB Benchmark conferences.
