Carlins supervises the overall activities of Magellan
Development Group, which specializes in real estate development,
construction management and property management services.
One of the company’s current projects, in cooperation
with its affiliates, is the Lakeshore East Master Plan,
which completes the Illinois Center Planned Community.
The project includes residential housing, a public park,
elementary school and new park district field house.
Magellan also has developed medical centers in Oklahoma
and Delaware and built hotels in Michigan.
