Alan Lev’s company, the Belgravia Group, Ltd.,
is a Chicago residential homebuilder specializing in
townhome and condominium developments in Chicago’s
finest neighborhoods. Lev has been a CPA since 1985 and
a licensed real estate broker since 1989. He is the current
president of Chicago Chapter of the Homebuilders Association
of Greater Chicago, a member of the Chicago Association
of Realtors and is chairman of the board of the North
Shore Region of the American Cancer Society. The Belgravia
Group’s recent developments include Chelsea Townhomes,
Hartland Park and Kensington Park II in the South Loop.
