Milda S. Roszkiewicz is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Chicago and
Grand Rapids offices of Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Real Estate Finance
Group which provides construction loans, mini-perm loans, and other banking products
and services to middle market real estate investors and developers. Milda spearheaded
the opening of the Chicago office in 2004. In the ensuing period, the office
has grown to include six team members and $400MM in loan commitments.
A real estate veteran with 20 years of experience
in real estate finance, Milda began her career with
Wells Fargo in 1993. Based in Chicago, Illinois,
Milda managed Wells Fargo’s Institutional real
estate group from 1998 to 2003 after a successful
stint as a Relationship Manager. Prior to joining
Wells Fargo in 1993 as a Vice President, Milda spent
six years with The First National Bank of Chicago
(now known as JPMorgan Chase).
Milda earned her Bachelors degree in Accounting
in 1981, her CPA in 1982, and, in 1989, went on to
earn a Master of Business Administration in Finance
from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. She
is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Possessing a strong commitment to real estate and
her community, Milda serves on the Advisory Board
of Roosevelt University’s Chicago School of
Real Estate, is a Member of the Board of Trustees
for the Center for Real Estate at UW-Madison School
of Business, and is on the Planning and Zoning Commission
in her hometown of Park Ridge, Illinois.
