John Shipka

The Enterprise Companies
John Shipka is one of three principals of The Enterprise
Companies. For more than 16 years, he has directed all
construction operations for the company. Since joining
the company, Shipka and his brother Ron have spearheaded
the growth of the enterprise into one of the largest
residential builders in the country. The Enterprise Companies
have been devoted to making Chicago a better place to
live for more than 30years. Current projects include
residences at Museum Park, River Place Projects and River
Village Projects in the River North neighborhood.
